Admiral Action is Cap'n Spiffy's decrepit old father. When his hip isn't broken, he enjoys hobbling around the ship drooling, cursing, making erroneous demands, and reminding Spiffy of what a dissapointment he is. He was once a classic 1950s space serial-type hero, but, as happens to everyone, he grew old and senile. He is now content to irritate his son by soiling himself and yelling obnoxiously loud.
