Professor Nesbit Morbius lives in a large and uncomely house just outside of the town of Überbräten, famous for its gratuitous use of little dots over the letters of its name. He has attempted to unleash countless numbers of his creations on the world in an attempt to conquer it, or put Cap'n Spiffy out of commission, but, alas, none of his efforts are fruitful. As a matter of fact, Spiffy isn't even aware of Morbius's existence. His plans never get far enough for Spiffy to know of them. Morbius's only ally is his lab assistant, Melvin, who mainly takes care of special effects (like lightning for dramatic moments, and electricity dancing across the machinery, that sort of thing).
